I remember back in the pmUA "Business1" days when they advertised high frequency service and close-in B concourse gate assignments (with free sodas and maybe snacks?) at ORD for certain big business markets, MSP was one of the Business1 destinations. UA had very good mainline frequency in ORD-MSP and viewed it as a very strong market for local business travel.

I don't remember if BDL was also a UA Business1 station. I seem to think it was not.

I had one CR2 booking and I changed it, flying out of my way to avoid it.
Always a good choice!

If enough people do the same, the CR2s will go away.
