For posterity, here are some photos of the breakfast buffet in the T3 Galleries First lounge from December 2022.

This was a fairly limited selection at the time of my visit, which has marginally improved this year with the addition of a few more fruit and yogurt options (based on my most recent visit in April). The selection is still nowhere near as extensive as in T5.
