That anyone would opt for MSP-ORD-BDL with the first segment on a CR2 is truly bizarre. Surely DL must operate MSP-BDL nonstop. And absent nonstops there must be a connection over DTW/ORD on DL/UA that would avoid small regional jets. MSP and BDL are both large airports with plenty of mainline service.

If you want CRJs to go away, stop booking them.
