A bottle of Villi water was provided in the A350 seat's holder. Service commenced with hot towels, a bar service from the trolley and then hand delivered lunch trays, with a choice of warm bread from a basket, further drinks and then a final hot drinks service. As is widely known, AY don't offer a choice of main course on short haul flights which feels rather stingy. Also a common problem, a second knife was needed for the butter. Both the starter and hot main course were decent, even if the main course wasn't going to win any presentation awards. Whist the packaged cookie was nice, a proper plated dessert would've been more premium. I appreciated the small water glass being provided in lieu of a drip dish for my tea, although would've preferred a proper mug as opposed to the small cup.

A bottle of Villi water was hand delivered once all Business Class passengers had boarded. Service commenced with hot towels and then hand delivered dinner trays with two different types of warm bread pre-plated in the galley, drinks and then a final hand run hot drinks service. The salad was fresh and more filling than it first looked, and I enjoyed the signature blueberry juice.

A bottle of Villi water was hand delivered once all Business Class passengers had boarded. Service commenced with hot towels and then hand delivered breakfast trays with a choice of warm croissant or bread from a basket, followed by drinks. The tray looked a little messy with the packaged muesli, yogurt and fruit; I'd have preferred individually plated dishes, although if they had been anything like the quality of the meagre cold cuts plate, maybe packaged options were safer!

A bottle of Villi water was provided in the A350 seat's holder. Service commenced with hot towels, a bar service from the trolley and then dinner trays also from the trolley, with a choice of warm bread from a basket, further drinks and then a final hot drinks service. The shrimp pasta was much better than the dish I'd had on the outbound sector from LHR to HEL. The packaged cookie had been replaced with a packaged cake; once again, this didn't feel very premium, even if it did taste OK.
