I managed to get 4x in the end but only on the website. Through the app the spot where it used to say 'extras' now only showe baggage for me, and the only environment option it gives me is to cover the whole trip, rather than individual legs.
It seems to be a bit of hit and miss in both the app as well as via the (be it mobile) website - I had this too for some time but after a while the option to add the return flight came back, sometimes with all four options (useful) but sometimes also as an "empty" field (useless as you dont know what you actually pay for). I eventually managed to add the return flight too despite it saying "already added for the whole trip" earlier.
So keep trying - it might pop back up.
