Incase BA are keeping count, I’m not.

While BA clearly have a number of operational issues at the moment, they aren’t alone. I value the GGL benefits, I give positive and constructive feedback on board and to customer services, and hope that one day we can get back to the BA that we all loved. Maybe a pipe dream but let’s see. I don’t exclusively use BA but I’m certainly not jumping ship yet.
