If getting an airline/contractor agent who wants all of a passenger’s cabin baggage items weighed together at the same time on a scale — as some airline/contractor agents have insisted before — I wouldn’t necessarily count as persuasive the absence of a weight limit noted explicitly for just “the underseat” “personal item”. While this “pile it on the scale together” thing for cabin baggage is a very rare demand from SAS, it’s unfortunately not as rare with some other airlines at some SAS outstations.
