No these are new P's, never had serve or bluebird, and can't see any reason why they would be rejected. That's why my first thought was an IP block or something but I have tried all sorts of ways. So it just got me wondering if currently others were still getting approved.
And if so are they just applying online like I usually do, or do they buy a card first in store, then try to create an account?
Personally, I've had more cards and shutdowns since 2016 than most people around here, so I thought I knew all the tricks. But now I am just striking out so looking for DPs.
Only other suggestion is to find out if these Ps are in the ChexSystem, although to be honest, I have not heard of people who were banned by commercial banks being affected by Amex Serve or BB.
