I do not know if this is the right place, and I tried searching and I don't know if I searched right but I didn't find what I was hoping to find.

My friend is 76 years old, he is looking for an insurance that where if he gets HURT anywhere in the world they will return him to the US for medical care. We seen some insurances that cost upwards of 5000 a year which he is fine with paying but we don't know if they are all smoke and mirrors because they give little detail and the one we called the sales rep was almost clueless.

If anyone has recommendations please let me know.
