I've stayed in the Ren Suites and the Marriott but not at the other for the reasons you outline (too far from blue line). I didn't get breakfast in the Marriott as I had the early flight so can't comment there. Based on my few single nights, I'd go with the Renaissance Suites. Guaranteed more space with the larger room, breakfast was fine. Plus technically the closest one to the blue line. The Marriott was nice but dated, as they both are a little. I haven't stayed at the Marriott Suites.

The Blue line is quite a bit aways from the centre of Chicago (>40mins) but I totally understand your thought process. Rates in the downtown area have been crazy since Covid, tough to get anything less than $250 even for a Aloft or Moxy.
