Entered SFO lounge a bit after 11:00am yesterday (Thursday) - app was reporting 'almost full' so was expecting to wait, but pleasantly surprised to see no table downstairs, and be able to enter immediately (after a muck up with the QR code - at desk, they couldn't get it to scan).

When I entered, the pre-renovation area was pretty full with no or almost no seats available, but the expanded area down the hall had a handful of people at most. So I stayed down there.

When I left about 12:15, there was a line at desk upstairs, and they were starting to set up the 'waiting list table' downstairs.
