I spent 4-5 months trying to get AMR stays from January / February 2023 credited. And my stays were booked directly with Hyatt.

Unless your hotel was part of World of Hyatt at the time of your stay, you won't get credit. It was mentioned quite prominently on the Hyatt webpages for each individual hotel...
