Thanks for the answer more details on the journey. I was flying with a connection in LHR. It was DUB-LHR-DEN. I was having an awful time getting hold of BA through the U.K. number so my sister gave me an American number to phone and I got through on that. They said I should receive an email in 24-48 hours to make the changes but 48 hours has now passed and still no email. So I can try again but I am loosing hope for this.
