Singapore air changed my return city
My wife and I purchased tickets from YVR to SIN-KUL departing Sep 26 2023, Returning Nov 1-2 2023 ,I was notified that as of Oct 1 they would no longer serve the YVR market and they changed my return to SEA, I spoke with someone from Singapore Air about this and they offered me a refund or 3000 miles to compensate me, ( this fare would cost almost $3900 Prem Econ to duplicate today as I got a great deal several months ago,less the $1000)They said this is SOP and I told them this is hardly a Standard situation as I have been flying for 65 yrs and have never had my returned city changed,my thought is they should get me back to Vancouver,a shulle bus does exist and I feel Sing Air should be paying for it,am I off base?Any suggestions on how to deal with Sing Air? Thanks
