Yes I told the gate agent to offload my bags and he told me to go to baggage reclaim belt 6. This wasn’t at LHR. LHR was the destination of the flight. This all happened at DUB. The gate agent I don’t think he worked for BA. BA have a habit of subcontracting a lot of ground staff in DUB so I think he either worked for swissport or Dublin airport.

Also unlike LHR BA don’t have a centralised customer service desk at DUB
