I purchased a stay at an AMR European resort November of 2022, vaa the AMR site as booking was not integrated into the WoH site (done 12/14/2022). However, Hyatt had already purchased all of these properties via the Apple Leisure aquisition in 2021.
I have already had my stay there and worked SUPER hard to try to get my WoH number added to reservation before stay. But they could nto figure out how to do on site NOR via the Hyatt concierge service before the trip (I have all of this documented).

I have seen notes that Hyatt should be able to manually add stay and spend info into account but have been unsuccessful to date.
Any recommendations?
I suspect you're out of luck unless you can convince someone to throw you some points as a goodwill gesture. It takes time to integrate newly acquired properties into Hyatt's systems and that integration can't begin until the acquisition closes, thus the delay in being able to book via Hyatt and earn EQNs/points at a property.
