This is quite anoying for me, as I booked a la premiere ticket for the 20th of september. I just noticed that they downgraded me to business (without any notification...) and am now looking for alternative options.
If you were to keep the ticket as is, would you be entitled to some form of a refund? Do the EU downgrade protection stipulations apply this far out?
