I've connected from this QR flight to BA at AMS a few times, and there aren't many arrivals after midday that use the transfer security above the G gates, so it's normally pretty clear - although there's an EK arrival beforehand, not many people connect from it. So security should be fine, although it is a schlep from the G pier to the end of the D pier
As others have said, your only risk is that the inbound is late, but seems fairly reliable. Only had a >15 min delay once in the last two months. So, I'd probably risk it if HBO
