Just got back after staying 9 days at Conrad Tokyo. We had the "basic" wifi and the kids never complained about streaming speed. I was also able to watch shows on Plex with a minimum fuss. Prior to that, we stayed at Conrad Osaka with AmEx FHR which gives you the premium wifi. You can tell if you're connecting to the premium wifi if they give you a promotion code for wifi. Otherwise, it's just your last name and the room number. I didn't speedtest and both were adequate, but the premium wifi felt faster? Maybe. But not enough to really differentiate.
