You blame the airport. I see it differently, Firstly, these two firms are both government owned... so achieving some sort of workaround should be possible. If however, the airport won't be accomodating, then the geniuses at LO should adjust the schedule - either make the East coast departure earlier, or, have the last WAW-RZE (and possibly other domestic connections) depart 20-30 minutes later as this is a continuoud problem. But they won't.
