My experience is that an onsite concierge will patch up and fix multiple "014" tickets that had a failure. Though, if Aeroplan is involved on one of the bookings, they tend to struggle much more this year than in the past.

At least you have 1h3m on YUL, and since you have separate tickets there is no risk of AC's system offloading you from YUL-YOW.

Unless you have checked bags, or a 5 course dinner in YUL, your over 1hr scheduled "connection" is 2-3x longer than connections we have made (even with immgration and reclearing security).
