My in-laws just flew YUL-CMN-TNG with a 12+ hour layover in CMN a few weeks ago. They showed that website to RAM folks at CMN and they were told they don't offer that service. They were stuck twiddling their thumbs in the domestic terminal at CMN.
My connection through CMN just got blown up and we now have 20 hour layover going from BLQ to IAD ( the connection was 80 minutes). I assume that RAM will be obligated to put us up now. We're 3 J class passengers (2 on award seats and one paid) and 1 is OWE while the other two are statusless.
