I am in a similar pickle. Ams doh icn//KUL doh dus. All I class on qr tickets. 3 sets of avios and tp for qr operated flights but having to repeat chase for the KUL doh operated by Malaysian. Annoying but will keep chasing. QR customer service is as usual abominable!
