For direct reference, using a Canadian Android / Google Play account and phone:
When I last travelled to the US a few months ago, the Canadian app did NOT work (at least for me) for McD'.s It also did not work in Australia in January.
Chick Fil A's US app does NOT work in Canada, even though there's a couple around now.
In fact, you can't even download Chick Fil A's app in Canada last I checked (I had to sideload it).
So given those two examples I would say generally the answer is no, they don't, but there may be some exceptions that do; it might be useful for others to highlight where it has worked for them (on the company app, not uber eats etc which often does)
Generally, I would say assuming a companies app is regionalized.
