A little travel hack to save some money when traveling to Boston. I stay at the Courtyard in Westwood, MA as it is co-located with the Route 128 station that is serviced by both Amtrak and MBTA Commuter Rail.

1) If you take Amtrak, it is a 5-min walk to the hotel

2) If you drive, parking is free and you can take commuter rail to/from Boston (Back Bay, South Station)

Good way to save on all of those nuisance parking fees at downtown Boston Hotels.
