As far as I can tell from looking at the list there were 5 seats in FC available starting at T-120 and no one ahead of me was upgraded until T-20. Grateful for the upgrade but wished the processor ran more reliably at certain times so I could refresh the app, see the upgrade and choose my seat. Unfortunately with the timing of this one I didn't get a window seat.
