Cancelled my Andaz Prague this morning and booked the Lindner for a week. Saved 150000 points. Superlative value even before I have set foot on the property. I thought it was cute that in the last 2-3 days as the Lindner was about to go online, the Andaz pricing for my dates went from 720 euros a night to 370 or so. Guess they must have said to themselves, oh I guess we need to really tamp down the gouging now that there is a small amount of competition. Coincidentally the Lindner went up in price from what it was on the Lindner site before going WoH live so I am sure they did the reverse given the likely surge of WoH bookings and demand. Regardless, cannot beat 3500-5000 points a night.
