Neither the app nor desktop sites have shown my upcoming flights for weeks.

The workarounds I've been using are manually entering the PNR on to ba.com (as discussed above) or signing out of the iOS app and back in, which temporarily resolves the issue (long enough to check in and get a BP) before the flights disappear again.
