Everytime I’ve booked on alliance metal through UA, I have been given BOTH confirmation numbers. I.E. UA and LH. Then I have just gone to the partner site, plugged in their Confirmation number, and had no problem reserving the seats I wanted.

So, your TK number should be on your UA reservation. But you can also try contacting TK via their social media: Facebook Messenger for example. I’ve found them to be quite responsive.
