The following is another set of DPs for using GE cards at WM
Bought $207 worth of groceries and used a $200 GE card at self service and swiped as credit, no issues. Then used a second $200 GE card immediately thereafter swiped as debit, worked without issue for the remaining balance of $7
Tried using GE card that did not have enough balance to cover the charge, did not autodrain and card was rejected, but when I used a fresh GE card with adequate balance to cover the charge immediately thereafter, went through as a debit without issue.

It appears to me that when using these cards for routine organic spend, there did not seem to be any limitations on swipes, at least at the cashiers, but this was using only two cards, not three or four.
I suspect that someone could take a GE card and do three small charges in a row to test that issue and report back.
