are you able to search through your emails for your email e-tickets to get the booking reference? either by flight number or just generally on "Your e-ticket receipt"? Once you have it you can just use the booking reference to access the booking directly.
I did try that but it keeps on spinning “please wait” and goes nowhere. I am going to try to see if different browsers help or doing it on a desktop. Just really frustrating…
