Thanks, Mikefly. Next one is safer but it would get me a night at LHR en route to my own bed the following night, instead of my own bed late the same day, so I'm eager to get BA at 1500 if I can, but at the same time, don't want to set myself up for tears, frustration etc. (It's a long run, starting in western China.).
