Believe they're only published in Japan markets currently for UA. They're non-BE but as OP has found out non-changeable non-cancelable; so basically BE-lite without the restrictions on premier benefits/seats/checked bags.
I think that (jpn only) is true, but given they've been doing it for a year perhaps without abating, I’m expecting it to spread. I find it a nuisance for my Japan travel, but maybe my pessimism can be unwarranted.
