Stayed here in December 2022 and can confirm:
No cookies upon arrival.
If you cannot find parking on the street, the hotel's parking lot is right beside the hotel. We didn't notice if the hot water was shut off overnight.
Bathroom design is unique! Just like the pictures in prior posts, the shower stall in the middle of the bathroom space.
Breakfast buffet is fine.

If staying during a weekend, restaurant service is extremely limited after breakfast. I think only Pizza was available after 4pm.

The upside was that the weekend rate was very affordable, and it's close to the highway.
