are you sure you didn’t prepay for two bags on the return? Maybe by accident and weren’t paying attention?

There’s no fee for a single bag where $70 makes sense, that I’m aware. One bag is $30. A second is $40. A single overweight or oversize bag is way more than $70, so it’s not that.
