Wow! I hear you on the "once in a lifetime" trip list. We were (maybe over) optimistic and hope to visit Africa again. That said, I confess (I believe I have mentioned this up thread as well) that I was unaware of the riches of Botswana (Chobe and Okavango) until after we returned from Africa. Even our Victoria Falls visit was more like a value add to the South Africa itinerary for us.
