I.E. when I fly OS I eat at the Polaris Lounge in EWR and then ask the FA to bring the main meal later on when everyone is sleeping (as I eat late and don't sleep on transcons). They never have a problem with doing that on OS but I've never done UA across the pond before. (snagged a sweet Aeroplan redemption on UA in a few days and no OS,LX or LH are available)

The breakfast looks like garbage so I plan on skipping that anyway.
