Well, it's definitely not a compliment. The hard product is fine. I like the new J seat a lot, but some don't like it at all. My signature refers to the soft product. Food comes in minimal portions, only a few dishes are up to J standards. Most J food looks, feels and tastes like Y food on china plates. Nothing about the J soft product is premium in any way.
