Travel docs not valid for this flight
Hi all, I tried to check in for a flight tomorrow am (LHR-VCE). I have 3 people on the booking of which I am the lead. I check us all in fine but couldn't print boarding pass for one of the others. It said collect at airport. No reason given online at the time. Now having refreshed a few time during the day it shows ''The Travel document details you have entered are not valid for this flight". She is an Exec Club member and I filled in their details at time of booking in January and had green ticks and completed message. The booking also shows their TP and Avios collection for this flight. I tried to get back into the details I entered but the passport number was not recognised so I think that could be the reason. My main concern is, what happens tomorrow? If it's not a valid document, what could the reason be? Will she be denied boarding? Its a full flight. I am panicking now! Any advise or prep would be greatly appreciated. Cheers all
