Personally - I thought both the room size and breakfast was superior at the Centric. The base rooms at GH seem a little small and cramped and older style. I would go for a TSU/suite upgrade at Grand Hyatt to avoid the smaller rooms, or save the points/cash and do the Centric as it tends to be cheaper cash and points rate.
