As someone that's totally new to IHG's program, I'm trying to figure out whether to redeem points or pay the cash rate. It's too bad there are no award charts. It would be nice to know what the average redemption rate was and is. For example, the ANA IC Tokyo's classic room is going for ¥65,675 or 77,000 points. What would you guys do? Is 77,000 points typical or the lowest? What do you guys aim for in value? Looking for advice. Thanks!
