Scanning UA forum that are 1,000+ references to “Global Service” in the past 8 years, many in the GS thread (but generally with Service as a proper noun, capitalized). Yes UA should do better, as shown in other threads, proof reading has not been UA's strength. This may have been a airport specific initiative and not thru corporate. At least they got the order right.
I promise on at least one international service a customer will read “Global service” and assume it applies to anyone flying on an international flight - after all, the flight service is global and they’re a passenger on it!
