Had another pleasant midcon flight today, AA 2543 from LAX to DFW. It started with a full PDB service, and as always, I had my usual water. I had pre-selected the vegetarian tortellini and it was quite good. It was served with the broccoli salad that I have praised in a previous post in this thread. Throughout the flight, the cabin crew was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our early arrival was spoiled by having to wait 15 minutes for our gate to be vacated. For the most part, I have had good experiences on these midcons, LAX/DFW and LAX/ORD.
