I’m pleased with the concierge today. I’ll be visiting a friend in London in a few weeks and wanted to go to a specific restaurant that showed as fully booked online for the entirety of my stay. I called the Plat concierge and they were able to get us a reservation. I was in London a few months ago and didn’t go to that restaurant because it showed as fully booked online then too; glad I figured I’d try the concierge this time and I probably should have done so last time, too!
