In my opinion, boarding was better than BA at both LHR and FRA...
They first called for those with small children and who needed extra time to board.
Second were Senators and group.
Third, were group 2 which was on my boarding pass even though I was flying business.
There's a long thread over on the LH forum about the changes that they've made to boarding. Now HONs are in Group 1, with SEN's, *G and business all Group 2. Except it's not been rolled out consistently. So similar issues.
However flew United back from FCA yesterday - flawless boarding experience both there and DEN.
