Yesterday I received an email from ANA. They explained that when AMEX initiates the transfer they are only getting first name + CCC and in the ANA account it is BBBCCC, my correct two last names.
What are my options? Change my name on Amex account to BBBCCC (no space) instead of currently BBB CCC.

ANA said they can't change my last name to only CCC because it needs to be according to my passport.
If I create a new ANA account with only the first name + CCC will that then give me problems when I buy ANA awards tickets because the name wouldn't match the passport?
Did you manage to solve this issue? Having exactly the same and tempted to do an account with only one last name.
