I understand the point you're making, but Bobby Van's also doesn't accept 15k AA miles as payment for a steak.

I really wish that Greenwich had the same access rules as the 4 Flagship lounges. It would be nice to avoid the Admirals Club there if I'm not flying Flagship F or J.
