Sorry, if redeeming a TK award, that will be the frequent flyer number in the passenger name record (PNR), and there is no way to enter your MileagePlus™ number.

So, no, you cannot get UA Premier Silver seating benefits.

Other FlyerTalkers have reported that if you have your electronic Premier Silver "card" on the United App, you should be able to access a Premier check-in counter, and maybe even ​​​​​​get a Premier Silver baggage allowance on that basis.

(I have never had *Gold on another *Alliance carrier.)
