I already explained what my usage situation will be like. I just need the cheapest plan for a Chinese number with a bit of data for use in the mainland. ¥8/month is perfect if I get data, minutes, and text for minimal usage. I intend to roam for everything else. This way I can also bypass the great firewall. My intention is to set everything up in Shanghai with a Shanghai number.
