My points issue with the hotel took a week, and would not have been resolved had I not emailed them my Amex Fine Hotels booking. It still isn't quite right - I only got 2000 points for the Hilton promotion instead of 4000, but I will take that up with the Diamond desk.

Jahn was just dead the two nights I went. I didn't even have reservations either night - I went for a drink to see the sunset and got rained in.I did get a cool picture of a mini tornado on one of the Five Islands!
